College Avalon offers 3 intakes throughout the year- Winter (January), Summer (May) and Fall (September). To apply for the programs rolling out in these intakes, inspiring student should always check the deadlines of the admission process. College Avalon is a part of the list of approved Designated Learning Institutes (DLI) in Quebec with an approved COVID-19 readiness plan. The college is also recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

When students arrive in Montreal, the college assists them in finding accommodation and provides pick-up and drop-off service from the airport.
