Students obtain a functional understanding of English and will be able to participate in everyday conversations and will manage to develop skills at the level of the four skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Students will then be better prepared for further study, for immigration and residency applications as well as for professional exams and career advancement opportunities.

1. Anglais général ELS

The Program encompasses 12 lessons – from beginner to advanced level for the four skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Full-time:

2. ELS anglais parlé

Improved communication and speaking skills and abilities. Learning vocabulary and good grammar to help students function in everyday situations. Conversation and pronunciation skills and accent reduction. The Program includes 5 hours of instruction per week and is designed for elementary, intermediate and upper-intermediate students.

3. IELTS preparatory tests

The program prepares students for the IELTS exam which is required for employment, Canadian immigration or university studies and will also help you achieve your academic module and regular module goals.

4. CELPIP preparation

Le «Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) évalue vos compétences linguistiques en anglais, à savoir, l’écoute, la lecture, l’écriture et la parole et est officiellement désigné pour les demandes de résidence permanente par l’immigration, par Citoyenneté et immigration Canada et convient aux titres professionnels comme le CRCIC. Le Programme permet aux étudiants de développer leurs quatre compétences et de passer le test informatisé.

5. Preparation for the CAEL assessment

The test assesses the English language proficiency of students planning studies at a Canadian university or college and is accepted for professional qualification such as the ICCRC. The Program is designed to improve knowledge in listening, reading, writing and speaking skills.

6. English for Specific Instruction (ESP)

Focuses on the development of language skills essential to job success or required for a specific area of ​​study or career.

a. Communication Skills for Paralegal Services and Immigration Consultant

Learn how to communicate better for your legal profession. Students will learn to hone their skills through a range of authentic situations. The objective is to increase efficiency and control in order to be able to interact effectively with the general public. The course offers strategies for learning to write clearly and deliver easily understood documentation, including reports, emails, and more. The course also reviews grammar, vocabulary and punctuation and includes 5 hours of instruction per week.

b. Business English

Business English skills are essential for career advancement. The course improves vocabulary and work knowledge in English and opens up new career opportunities. The Program offers activities that will help develop interview skills, compose clear emails and increase knowledge of business issues and topics. The Program includes 5 hours of instruction per week and includes watching videos, listening to podcasts and reading articles.
