Admission Requirements

Canadian Students

Under Section 4 of the Regulation respecting the College Education Program, for the Attestation of College Studies, a person who has completed training deemed equivalent by the Collège and who meets one of the following conditions:

The person has interrupted his or her full-time studies or pursued full-time postsecondary studies for at least 2 consecutive terms or 1 school year;

The person is covered by an agreement entered into between the college and an employer or by a government program of studies;

The person has interrupted his or her full-time studies for one term and pursued full-time postsecondary studies for one term; or

Holds a diploma of vocational studies

50% at level of studies.

High school diploma or equivalent, issued by a school board, or equivalent.
A person with professional experience related to the program’s field of specialization

This program aims to provide students with all the essential skills of a good manager:

Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of an online wholesale and retail establishment;
Examine market research and consumer trends to determine demand, potential sales and the impact of competition on sales;
Determine products and services to be sold and establish pricing and credit policies;
Identify and negotiate with suppliers to acquire merchandise for sale;
Develop and implement online marketing strategies;
Plan budgets, authorize expenses and control revenues;
Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer inquiries and problems;

At the end of the program, graduates will be able to:

Effectively plan the online marketing of their products/services
Understand the links between online business management and traditional retail management
Manage inventories in anticipation of demand
Draw up and monitor a viable marketing plan
Plan foreign sales
Prepare and manage an operating budget
Be familiar with the legal aspects of Internet sales.
